      Returns:

      We understand that sometimes you might not be happy with your purchase. Hester Fleming Vintage offers a full refund, up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

      The returns process is very simple. Each request will be processed via Sendle Delivery Service. Please email Hester at hester@curatedvintagejewellery.com or contact Hester here, and we can start the process.

      Lost parcels: All domestic and international parcels are shipped with tracking. Refunds will only be issued if your parcel has been lost in transit and recorded as such by the allocated postage courier.
