Three times a year I'm a stallholder at Sydney's best vintage and pre-loved fashion event, Round She Goes. Held at the PCYC in Marrickville, this event brings in a huge number of vintage fashion enthusiasts, from all over Sydney.
On Saturday, 12th of October, it was wonderful to catch up with the regulars and meet new faces. It was even more exciting when people came to show me their HFV Jewellery looks!! I'm so proud.
Trending items of vintage jewellery included vintage bracelets, vintage necklaces and vintage earrings. All of these pieces dated from the 1940s to the 1990s and appealed to a wide variety of age groups.
Good quality vintage statement necklaces by iconic vintage desginers such as Trifari, Napier and Coro were of particular interest.
This striking gilt Napier necklace was sold to a customer who was marking a special moment in her life. For other affordable, stunning, high-quality vintage necklaces from the HFV range, click here.
This week I've started to upload new arrivals onto my online vintage jewellery shop here. If there's anything in particular you're seeking, please send an email to hester@curatedvintagejewellery.com.
I've also enhanced a few older collection pieces with styling photos and placed them in the new collection section again. Pictured below is the 1940s Coro Dragonfly Brooch on a Decjuba black t-shirt. It's never been easier to style statement pieces of vintage jewellery with contemporary fashion.
